Rick Parker brings over four decades of experience in the heavy construction trade, including more than 40 years in roadway, water, and sewer infrastructure throughout North Carolina.
At one time he held an Unlimited General Contractor’s License in North Carolina, overseeing large-scale infrastructure operations.
Now serving the Franklin area, Legend Works Contracting focuses on site preparation, clearing and grubbing, custom grading, gravel installation, and drainage solutions for residential and small commercial projects.
As a Journeyman Equipment Operator, Rick is in the field daily, operating equipment and overseeing every phase of work directly.
